Kneaders is looking to hire a full-time, work from home Hiring & Recruiting Admin Assistant to manage the sourcing and screening of applicants for our bakery-cafes. While this job is predominately working from home, you will need to be available to attend occasional meetings at our corporate office in Orem or various restaurant locations in and around the SLC area.\n
This is a great opportunity for somebody who has excellent computer skills, is independent and driven, and able to consistently recognize top talent.\n

Your job as our Hiring & Recruiting Admin Assistant will be to manage the sourcing and screening of applicants for all of our positions across our 47 locations in six states. This will include responsibilities like writing\/editing job ads, pushing ads out to job boards & social media, and driving our employee referral program. As applicants come into our tracking system, you will ensure that they are screened, ranked, and statused properly. You will then reach out to the top candidates and conduct video interviews, ensuring that they are contacted and interviewed in a timely manner. \n
Most importantly, your job will be to ensure a constant pool of qualified candidates for each of our open positions at our stores. This will require that you gather data about the health of our candidate pool, suggest adjustments, and then help to streamline the process.\n
While this might sound like a whole lot of work that you haven't done before, we have software that will make you a hiring superhero, and a complete training program to get you up to speed on our recruiting process, strategy, tactics, and to make you as efficient as possible.\n
JOB REQUIREMENTS\n
While we'd love you to have recruiting experience, it is not a requirement. What is required is:\n\ngreat computer and typing skills\nrestaurant knowledge and experience\nbeing an independent worker\nhaving great communication ability, both with applicants as well as managers, team members, and corporate leaders\n\n
