Our Opening and Your ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Customer call handling & monitoring over email/phonePlanning Service Engineers' planned activities in co-ordination with Customers' expectationsAbility to know/learn the geographic territory and travel time estimationCustomer Satisfaction MeasurementAnalysis of Service Calls data from SAP and SFDC systemFocus on planned service orders & create advance plan for service engineersLeave room for Short Term and dispatching (load factor) Quick alignment on last minute installations and other planned ordersFinal review before handing off to calls dispatching team with regular interactions Good Planning skills as per available resources & ensure field service productivity
