Hiring Specialist
The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing
Work with the Corporate Human Resource Department with recruitment, retention, employee relations and special projects
Responsible for recruitment strategy, sourcing techniques, and implementing innovative and efficient programs to ensure hiring and retention of the best talent
Manage the on boarding process
Continuously work with facility to make sure all staffing needs are being met
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office required
Run Recruiting events such as job fairs and open houses
Maintain Relationships with schools in the area
