About our team: We are an expanding team of talent acquisitions professionals. Our team supports recruiting and hiring for all positions at all our locations across the US. About the position: We’re looking for a Hiring Specialist to support schedule interviews and conduct initial phone interviews, as well as provide support and assistance for onsite and community talent acquisition events. You will: * Coordinate interview scheduling for multiple departments across the organization. * Support multiple positions with varying priorities. * Work with a diverse talent pool. * Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialist, Hiring Managers and HR leadership to facilitate the candidate interview process. * Report directly to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor * Support and conduct phone interviews. * Support and conduct walk-in interviews. * Assist with additional administrative support within the talent acquisition department. * Assist with onsite and community events related to talent acquisition. About the schedule: This position requires working onsite in Greene, NY. This position is Monday - Friday approximately 8am - 5pm, hours may vary slightly. About you: * 3+ years administrative/scheduling or related professional experience is required. * Intermediate level computer skills required (typing, email systems) * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. It would be great if you had: * Experience with Outlook (email and calendar) * Experience with Microsoft Teams * Experience with ADP or similar applicant tracking systems. * Ability to effectively communicate through email, phone, and/or text communication. * Experience with staffing and recruiting processes. About the total compensation package: Wage: $20.00 per hour.
