Putting patients’ needs & timely access HIV GSK/ViiV portfolio. HIV system solutions manager would be responsible for ensuring and maintaining optimal patient journey in HIV centres is achieved. Ensuring creative solutions to health care systems are identified and executed leveraging market insights, patient journey leakage points and technology evolution in Saudi. Support market shaping strategies and execution for innovative HIV solution including LA treatments and preventions. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, these responsibilities include some of the following: Key Responsibilities: Develop Business Partner relationships with senior stakeholders including MOH medical supplies, clusters, NAP etc... to customise and negotiate win/win value propositions. Ensure products are available “on the shelf”, thus fulfilling the demand by accounts and secure accuracy and integration of inputs on patient screen and other systems. Lead patient centric projects to ensure delivering optimal patient experience. Provide portfolio and disease area information to internal and External stakeholders. Implement strategic and innovative solutions tailored to customer needs, with focus on validated critical points in patient journey. Apply Agile and Design Thinking methodologies in creating new solutions for HIV business. Maintain positive working environment within the team, collaborative teamwork, and inspiring culture. Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies, and local regulations. Accountability: Knowledge To act as a GSK ambassador for HIV leading `relationship-building` with external environment (External Experts, Relevant Government Bodies, Healthcare Institutions and Societies) Annual certification with full alignment to all related SOPs, policies, and local regulations. Achieve GSK basic standards in disease and product knowledge. Activities >70% time in field Meet GSK standards of performance management. Market intelligence and timely feedback. Care about GSK assets and optimize the company resources. Develop robust partnership with GSK partners. Monitor the demand process from ordering to delivery in strict compliance with GSK standards and guidance. Develop detailed Annual Strategic Account Plans. Application of Knowledge Continuously monitor GSK competitors to enrich GSK plans and to advise competitor related decisions via approved channels. Act as a custodian of GSK reputation internally & externally. Ensure all activities are executed in line with related SOPs, policies, and local regulations. Timely completion of Field activities. Meet the defined skills standards measured by the In-field coaching. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Min 4 years’ experience working with Pharma or Healthcare companies in KSA, preferably in central region. Experience in projects related to patient journey development and leakage points interventions is advantageous. Strong track record. MOH license is a must. Speciality/ Infectious disease medicines experience is an edge. Strong understanding of patient journey concept. Good understanding of Key account management, development of Business Plans and execution Forecasting and planning skills. Ideally, should have managed big Hospitals and engaged in purchasing / stock management and access of new products. Be able to demonstrate drive for performance and a business development mindset. Effective use of key software products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Professional negotiation skills Unmatched sense of customer service and satisfaction Understanding of the business dynamics and key challenges Business development mind-set Closing date: 30/01/2025 Why GSK?
