**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Monitoring of Housekeeping related activities.
+ Ensure a clean and healthy environment inside as well as outside the Property.
+ Maintain all duty roasters of staff.
+ Inform all discrepancies and maintenance requirements brought to notice by the staff and by the own observations to the Housekeeping executive promptly.
+ Ensure that janitor closets and storage areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner at all times.
+ Supervise all houseboys for their effectiveness, working methodology.
+ Having Good Knowledge in H K chemicals.
+ Ensure the economical use of chemicals and their dilution process.
+ Implement all checklists (washroom, personal shopper room, Lobby Area, Auditorium, lifts)
+ Conducting staff briefing and training.
+ Ensure all housekeeping staff is on a proper uniform and well-groomed.
+ Communicates effectively with superiors, peers, and subordinates.
+ Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client / VIP visits
+ Interfacing with the pest control for carrying out the pest control activities at the facility.
+ Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports
+ Taking facility rounds and find out snags and closing the same
+ Ownership of the Day to day Operations, including reports generation of the stock’s tracker.
+ Meet the housekeeping in charge during the shift to discuss and communicate priorities for the shift and address complaints.
+ Take rounds of the facility regularly to identify issues in and initiate immediate rectification actions.
+ Indent monthly requirements for Soft services as per the month's budget.
+ Coordinate with landscaping vendor and do regular checks of the condition of plants.
+ Maintaining stock and issuing of sports equipment.
+ Managing personal shopper room and room Checklist for smoother operations and if any replacement of furniture & upholstery needs to Inform Immediately.
+ Oversees laundry operations.
+ Maintain Asset Register.
+ Prepare the Housekeeping Budget.
+ Controls and analyses department cost on an ongoing basis to ensure performance against budget.
+ Manages the department’s budget.
**Material Store**
• Managing the store efficiently.
• All consumables to be available at all given times.
• Minimum par stock level to be maintained.
• Guidelines and procedures for issuing stock to be followed.
• All relevant records related to materials inflow and outflow to be maintained.
• Upkeep of housekeeping material in stores.
• To monitor and control equipment uptime and downtime.
• To manage pantry and pantry consumables.
• Billing on the actual consumption or agreed amount whichever is less & billing invoice to have to support D. Cs, issuing documents.
• Monthly stock inventory.
• MSDS report should be available.
**Garbage & scrap disposal**
· Garbage management plan to be prepared and garbage management to be done as per plan (as approved by the CLIENT).
· All waste is to be stored/disposed of at the designated areas at regular intervals.
**Vendor Management.**
+ Vendor grooming and real-time monitoring of services and periodic reviews and ensure adherence to SLA.
+ Processing of vendor attendance.
