Holiday Coverage – Executive Assistant

Our clients, ranging from financial services to non-profit organizations, are seeking temporary Executive and Administrative Assistants to cover over the upcoming holiday season in November and December. Qualified applicants will have corporate experience answering phones, managing calendars, generating expenses, booking domestic and international travel, setting up zooms, and organizing events. The ideal candidate will previous office experience and Microsoft Office knowledge especially with Outlook. Hours and length of assignment will vary and be in-person. Pay rates are DOE $25-40/hr.
