About the Role
As a Holistic Salon Therapist at Four Seasons, you will deliver a diverse range of salon and spa treatments, with a primary focus on nail and hair services. In addition, you are trained and certified to perform massage and aesthetic treatments, ensuring flexibility to support business needs and provide guests with a complete wellness experience. This role combines technical expertise across multiple beauty and wellness disciplines with a guest-focused approach, contributing to the success of the spa and elevating the overall guest journey.
What You Will Do
Salon Services (Primary Focus)
Provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, polish changes, paraffin dips, and specialty nail treatments.Deliver hair services such as blow-dries, styling, and basic treatments in line with Four Seasons’ luxury standards.Educate guests on proper nail and hair care, recommending suitable retail products to enhance their results.Begin and complete services promptly, ensuring efficiency and guest comfort.Spa Services (Performed as Business Requires)
Deliver a variety of massage techniques (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, etc.) tailored to guest needs.Provide facial treatments and aesthetic services (skincare, hair removal, etc.) following spa protocols.Customize treatment plans based on guest consultations, health history, and preferences.Promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and results through professional and consistent services.Guest Engagement & Service Excellence
Handle guest interactions with professionalism, warmth, and discretion, ensuring personalized service.Promote spa and salon services, packages, and retail offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.Ensure a luxury guest journey by maintaining a clean, serene, and professional environment.Operational Excellence
Maintain treatment rooms, salon stations, and equipment in perfect condition, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.Prepare and restock supplies to guarantee smooth service delivery.Use spa software to manage appointments and maintain accurate records.Team Collaboration & Compliance
Work collaboratively with colleagues and supervisors to support overall spa operations.Assist with operational duties such as stocking, folding, and escorting guests as required.Participate in trainings and meetings to remain current on treatments, protocols, and trends.Follow all safety, sanitation, and Four Seasons operational procedures.What You Bring
National certification or license in Nail Technology plus at least one additional discipline (Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or Hair).Proven ability to perform salon services (nails and hair) at a luxury level.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa or salon environment.Strong knowledge of nail care, hair styling, massage, and skincare practices.Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance, exceptional grooming standards, and attention to detail.Flexibility, stamina, and a genuine passion for health, beauty, and wellness.What We Offer
