The Position

Are you passionate about making a significant impact on patient care and driving digital innovation? Roche Diagnostics Norway is looking for a talented Home and Primary Care Engagement Partner to strengthen our focus on patient needs, build strong partnerships in home and primary care, and boost our digital presence in Near Patient Care (NPC). In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping marketing strategies, using our portfolio of products to strengthen our market position in these innovative healthcare areas.

Your key responsibilities

Develop and implement (digital) marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and brand visibility.

Plan and execute omnichannel marketing activities across various digital channels, including social media and search engines, aligned with our business goals.

Work with marketing strategy and healthcare teams to assess new market opportunities and support product launches.

Lead all aspects across the lifecycle of our home care and primary care products, ensuring successful launch, pricing, and sales support.

Leverage data to improve customer experiences, scale experiments and adopt AI technologies to enhance both internal processes and customer interactions.

Who you are

We are seeking a motivated individual passionate about marketing and innovation, with a strong curiosity for digital solutions, AI, and data activation. You are able to balance strategic and tactical thinking, familiar with CRM and marketing automation tools, possessing project management skills and a keen sense of graphic design. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth-focused attitude are essential. As a proactive self-starter, you excel in agile environments and can drive initiatives independently.

The minimum qualifications required to be successful in the role are:

Minimum of 5 years in marketing or product management role, with a deep understanding of patient-centric solutions in primary and home care. Candidates with suitable expertise may be considered with less than 5 years.

Minimum 3 years of education in marketing and product management.

Experience in implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.

Experience within the diagnostics industry is an asset.

Proven history of success in previous roles.

Proficient in both Norwegian and English.
