Position Summary

1. Analyze sales data sets to find ways to solve problems relating to a business's customers
2. Create and improve data analysis tools assist to find insights that lead to better informed and successful decision-making
3. Transform the raw data into meaningful statistics, information, and explanations

Role and Responsibilities

1. [Organizing global operation meeting] Prepares materials of a meeting in which critical sales issues are discussed and the management can make quick decisions.

2. [Master data management] Develop and maintain databases, and data systems - reorganizing data in a readable format

3. [Solving current issue of sales operation] Analyzes problems in the sales by the knowledge and skills to turn raw data into information and insight, which can be used to make business decisions

4. [Sales/Business reports management] Deliver weekly/monthly reports to team with analaysis

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or related field.At least 2 years of experience in data analysis/management, supply chain, demand planning or related field.Preferably with background / experience in Excel Macros & VBAStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make sound business decisions.Proficient in using data analysis toolsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of consumer goods industry and market trends in the Philippines.Experience in statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
