Join our team as a Home Based Supervisor, and support EOCF's mission by supporting, coaching, and supervising our child and family educators. This position is responsible for monitoring visits and the work of the child and family educators. This role participates in home visits as well as group socialization sessions. 40 hours per week, this is a full year position. With an hourly pay rate of $25.94

Required Education and Experience
Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field. Two years of consistent paid experience working with families and children birth to 5 years of age. Six months of consistent paid supervisor experience is required.
* Bi-lingual highly desired.
Knowledge of
1. Technological proficiency
2. Principles of child development and Early Childhood Curriculum planning.
3. Principles of effective supervision.
4. Current best practices in early childhood development and education.
Ability to
1. Observe and assess children and set individualized goals.
2. Track each child's progress and incorporate the information into the curriculum.
3. Work cooperatively with staff members and clients from diverse cultural, socio-economic and educational backgrounds.
4. Maintain confidentiality of records and information.
5. Use the team approach to resolving problems or conflicts.
6. Demonstrate professional and effective written and verbal communication skills; receive information and feedback in an understanding manner; use good judgment.
7. Attend appropriate staff meetings and out-of-town training sessions as assigned.
8. Prepare and manage records, reports and other documents as required.
