Home Care Administrative Coordinator
Home Care Team Coordinator, Waterville What You’ll Do: + Staff Home Care clients with Personal Support Specialists (PSS), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Caring Companions (CC). + Enter visit frequency orders for Home Care services into EMR system. + Confirmation of weekly schedules with staff and clients. + Collaborate with leaders and other members of the Home Care team to increase the patients served in various regions of Maine. + Collaborate with Human Resources to recruit and maintain a growing team of extraordinary direct care workers. What You’ll Bring: + Associate degree or equivalent in a related field. + Prior training/teaching experience, PSS or CNA experience is preferred. + Minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume office environment, with at least 6 months supervisory experience preferred. + Prior experience in home care preferred.
