Why Join Us? * Competitive pay ($21–$25/hour) with performance-based bonuses * Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend remote work availability if needed * Meaningful work where you can make a difference * Supportive, team-oriented work environment * Growth opportunities and career advancement * Paid training and ongoing professional development Key Responsibilities: * Scheduling & Coordination: Assign caregivers to clients based on availability, skills, and location while ensuring continuity of care. * Recruitment & Onboarding: Actively recruit, interview, and onboard qualified caregivers to build and maintain a strong team. * Emergency Coverage: Respond quickly to last-minute call-outs, ensuring all shifts are covered. * Caregiver & Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for caregivers and clients, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction. * Fill-in as a Caregiver (Occasionally): If no replacement is available for a caregiver call-out and canceling the shift would cause a hardship for the family, you may be required to step in and provide care. Ideal Candidate: * Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable managing multiple schedules, tracking caregiver availability, and problem-solving under pressure. * Decisive & Proactive: Able to take initiative, think quickly, and resolve scheduling challenges with confidence. * Compassionate & Relationship-Driven: Builds trust with caregivers and families, ensuring a positive experience for all.
