Includes accrued vacation days, sick days, and holidays. Participation in 403 (b) Voluntary Benefits: Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, Cancer Insurance, Pet Insurance Discounted membership: Plum BenefitsPay for work-related eligible commuter expenses with pre-tax dollars  Responsibilities Responsibilities:• Reviews charts in order to maintain optimum level care.• Identifies quality improvement opportunities and assets in resolving participant care issues.• Promotes communication and Coordination and contributes to the organizational quality assessment and improvement activities.• Participates in activities to design, measure, assess and improve performance.• Educates staff as indicated in order to provide quality documentation.• Interprets policy and regulations to agency staff in order to ensure on-going regulatory compliance.• Responsible for in-services on proper completion of UAS's.• On call in rotation with other clinical managers.• Educate all nurses on UAS scoring. Job Type: Full Time Salary: $114,000 to $118,000 per year Qualifications

Qualifications: 

Current NY State Registered Nurse License

Education:
