Position Purpose:

Join Mount Carmel Home Care as a Primary Care Nurse.  We have a growing census of patients that require both IV and infusion in the home setting, which would enable you to provide that service with that population group – along with the other services needed with home care.

What You Will Do:

Deliver skilled nursing care with a focus on infusion therapyDevelop and implement patient care plansEducate patients and families on managing illnesses at homeCoordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive careUse industry-leading EMR systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently

 

Minimum Qualifications:

Current RN license in the state of OhioMinimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with strong infusion therapy skillsValid driver’s license and reliable transportationExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage time effectively.
