Your Responsibilities:

Leadership & Collaboration: Lead multi-functional teams to implement brand initiatives by fostering collaboration and innovation.Brand Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that sync with P&G's overall goals and objectives, ensuring impactful market positioning.Data-Driven Insights: Use Nielsen/IRI data and insights to advise brand strategies, understand market trends, and analyze consumer behavior, driving informed decision-making.Stakeholder Engagement: Work in collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure effective brand positioning and messaging that resonates with target consumers.Brand Performance Monitoring: Supervise and analyze brand performance metrics, market trends, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.Budget Management: Handle brand budgets efficiently, optimizing resources to enhance brand impact and achieve business results.Compliance Assurance: Ensure brand compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining the integrity of P&G's brands.

Job Qualifications

Requirements:

Education: MBA required, preferably from top Brand Management MBA programs.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in brand-building, ideally within a Fortune 100 company or a large organization.Leadership: Shown product leadership and strategic leadership, with a track record of leading multi-functional teams and a strong bias for action.Diverse Business Background: Multiple experiences with multiple roles across various areas of an organization.Strategic Thinking: Strong background of critical thinking and the ability to develop and implement go-to-market brand strategies.Dynamic Market Navigation: Experience leading in a competitive landscape and dynamic market environment. Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving business growth. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leading multiple projects simultaneouslyData Proficiency: Shown experience with Nielsen/IRI data and insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Communication Skills: Excellent communication and soft skills to effectively collaborate with diverse partners.
