Main Responsibilities

Leading portfolio strategy and marketing activities for UPro THLead in innovation development, activation, advertising and promotion for deployment of Marketing PlanLead in on-going analysis and review of consumer, category, channel/customer and competitive information as part of a situation assessment on brand performance and identify growth opportunityEvaluating, analyzing and mapping white space opportunities for categories to recommend strategic brand launchesDeveloping appealing product selling stories, online marketing content and landing the media in operators’ touch points (online, website, point of sales offline)Overseeing product artwork development alignment with Unilever Professional identity and branding guidelines across Global & local teams.Partnering Business Development teams with sales supporting materials (e.g. product information sheets, selling decks, etc.)Leading Upro Website & online pageLeading Upro E commerce channel across online platform

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

At least 2-3 years of brand management experience, preferably in FMCG. ‘B2B” experience would be an added advantageExperience working in cross-functional teams within a matrix environmentExperience in social media marketing & E commerce.

Skill

Be a strategic, highly adaptable and entrepreneurial personHave strong track record of consistency in market deliveryHave strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills with key stakeholdersHave experience working and leading in cross-functional teamsHave great project management and business process design skillsFluent in Thai Language
