The Arc Wayne of Newark, NY, a Human Services Agency, is hiring an organized and reliable part-time, Home Delivered Meals Assistant to assist the Home Delivered Meals Coordinator with client administration and volunteer oversight.\n

Home Delivered Meals Assistant Responsibilities:\n\nProvide initial program-specific training to volunteers\nAssist with coordination of volunteer schedules and activities\nSchedule and ensure completion of test meals as required, ensuring the results are documented and communicated appropriately\nConduct client intakes and enter or update demographic information\nRecord and communicate volunteer\/meal cancelations\nComplete assigned tasks necessary to ensure contract compliance\nComplete other duties as assigned by supervisor\n\n

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:30 am - 1:30 pm) 25 hours\n

Work Location: The Arc Wayne, 150 Van Buren St, Newark, NY 14513\n

Home Delivered Meals Coordinator Qualifications:\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.\nMust possess a current, valid New York State Driver's License that meets the Agency Driver standards (Class D).\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.\n\n
