Role and Responsibilities\n

We are looking for a motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our retail team. As the Sales Lead, you will be responsible for ongoing product knowledge training, selling behaviors, and inspiring others to provide a great customer experience.\n

Essential Functions\n

Motivate the sales team to enhance the service culture\n

Follows company sales strategy to exceed goals\n

Handling customer de-escalation\n

Monitor customer orders until completion\n

Acting as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required\n

Train employees on selling behaviors\n

Supporting the execution of visual directives\n

Maintain a clean, safe, secure and friendly store\n

Supports inventory management processes\n

Qualifications and Education Requirements\n

High school diploma or equivalent\n

Lift 30+ lbs. \n

Ability to spend entire shift on feet\n

Over the age of 18\n

Preferred Skills\n

1 year of retail experience\n

Strong Communicator\n

Knowledge of Microsoft Suite\n

Ability to prioritize multi-task and problem solve\n

High-spirited and self motivated\n
