Responsibilities: * Reviewing and Processing Applications: Ensure all home equity loan applications are accurately reviewed and processed * Verifying Loan Documents: Check the accuracy of loan documents and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations * Coordinating with Loan Officers and Underwriters: Work closely with loan officers and underwriters to facilitate smooth loan processing * Assisting in Loan Closings: Ensure all necessary documents are completed and signed during loan closings * Performing Loan File Audits: Conduct detailed audits of loan files to ensure accuracy and compliance * Managing Loan Disbursement and Payments: Oversee the disbursement of loan funds and the processing of payments * Ensuring Compliance: Ensure all loan operations comply with banking laws, regulations, and company policies * Providing Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to home equity loans * Maintaining Loan Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date loan records and reports * Developing Loan Policies: Assist in the development and implementation of loan servicing policies and procedure
