About the Opportunity:
As a Home Care Home Health Aide (HHA) per diem, you’ll be a critical source of strength, care, and comfort for those we serve. In this role, you will:

Provide professional, compassionate, and personal care to home care clientsDeliver support directly in residences across our communityCarry out care plans as assigned by the Home Care ManagerMake every interaction one of dignity, respect, and hope Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

High school diploma or equivalentCompletion of state regulated training program; or have the equivalent verifiable training and experienceMinimum of three months’ experience in a health care setting with hands-on client careCurrent or eligible for certification in CPRMust pass competency exam/evaluationIf transporting a resident, must provide proof of automobile liability insurance and valid state driver’s license

Pay Range $16.06 - $18.71 / hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
