Job Description:

Provides personal care and related services in the home.  Functions under direct instruction and supervision of an RN or therapist coordinating patient care.

Required qualifications:

Coursework/Training and Graduate of a Certified Home Health Aide training program. Upon hire: California Home Health Aide License  Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications:

6 months of Home health aide experience.
