Centria Healthcare and Centria Home Rehabilitation are always looking to hire caring, professional and dedicated HHAs and CNAs. We have a brand new case opening up in November in Pentwater, MI. The shifts are 12 hrs. There are openings for day and night coverage.
Responsibilities
Perform duties outlined in patient's plan of care Observe client’s physical, mental and emotional conditions. Report any changes Document observed changes Assisting with daily living
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge
Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to utilize computers/tablets and computer software Maintains a current valid Driver License and Auto Insurance, proof and updates must be provided to the Compliance Department Current negative TB skin test or negative chest X-ray Current flu vaccine CPR certifiedBenefits to choosing Centria:
