Maintain patient records and documentation according to regulatory standards. Prepare treatment areas and equipment. Contribute to patient care planning Qualifications:Current state licensure or certification as Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/ LOTA). Prior experience in a Home Health setting is preferred but not required. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
