Job Description:At EnerBank, the Senior Collections Representative is responsible for the daily collection process, which includes communications with customers at all levels of delinquency. This position handles complex issues and serves as a resource to associates with less experience.
EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.

Contacts customers by phone or other methods to resolve delinquent status of accountsAnswers complex customer questionsConsults customers to available payment optionsDocuments outcomes and actions takenAssists in the development of written proceduresServes as a resource to associates with less experienceMay provide guidance on complex or escalated issuesThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime for hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
