Production Operations supports Mortgage Banking Originations by facilitating the transition of a loan to closure. Production Operations support positions manage a variety of job roles that are focused on working with outside vendors to obtain documentation and/or information to complete the credit file. In addition to backing up all Support roles as needed, the Support

Orders or requests mortgage documentation Complete “one-off” scenarios as required by underwriting, communications or sales  Accesses credit bureau websites, order and/or updates trade lines, monitors for email updates from the credit bureaus and reviews completed trade line orders. Orders flood certificates and sends supporting documentation to Core Logic for flood disputes Updates the system of record and works daily priorities Communication with external agents and internal colleagues to resolve issues and discrepancies

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

 High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior customer service experience preferred Possess strong attention to detail and strong problem solving skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Basic office skills Basic computer skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently or as part of a team Able to build relationships quickly
