As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Duties: * Home Loan Specialist will perform routine data entry and validation tasks * Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) * Review and validate loan documents * Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses * As a Home Loan Specialist, you will monitor work queues and intervening as needed * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
