Summary: The Home Loan Specialist is a skilled role supporting various Channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Duties: * Home Loan Specialist will perform complex data and document validation * Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) * Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions * Complete appraisal eligibility tasks * As a Home Loan Specialist, you will evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
