Summary: The Home Loan Specialist II is a skilled role supporting various channels within the Mortgage Fulfillment Division (MFD). As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives. Responsibilities: * Perform complex data and document validation * Troubleshoot third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.) * Handle more complex calls, emails or chat sessions * Complete appraisal eligibility tasks * Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines * Perform other related duties as required and assigned * Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
