**Home Modification Technician**
Adecco is seeking a dedicated Home Modification Technician to join our team. In this role, you will work on a variety of home modification projects, including bathroom and kitchen remodels, to improve accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform construction tasks such as drywall, flooring, plumbing, and electrical work.
+ Conduct home assessments and develop modification plans.
+ Install accessibility equipment, including ramps, grab bars, and other modifications.
+ Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation.
+ Travel to client homes required, sometimes with hotel accommodations.
**Qualifications:**
+ Proven experience in construction, particularly in bathroom and kitchen remodeling.
+ Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
+ Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to use technology, including tablets and online systems.

**Pay Details:** $21.00 to $26.00 per hour
