Description
As the Home Mortgage Post Closing Senior Specialist, you will be responsible for performing post-closing review and audit to ensure the closed loan meets all internal and external requirements and applicable post-closing functions are performed correctly.
Primary responsibilities include
Review and audit closed loans using applicable guidelines and maintaining set turn times.Input data into various systems and ensure all loans are meeting regulations.Ensure all post-closing functions are completed after review, research and resolve any issues.Communicate with various internal and external customers including answering any loan related question, updates on loans or outstanding resolution needs.Attend meetings as needed both within the team and external agencies when needed.Build Reporting for Post Closing as whole that provides input an output metricsBuild monthly scorecard for Department and Colleague levelsPartner with Management to develop metrics to utilize in monthly business review meetingsPartner with Stakeholders to provide quality results for closed loansQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
3 or more years mortgage experienceTechnical skills: Proficiency in relevant software and tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Excel. You can also include knowledge of data analysis, project management, software testing, and research. Communication skills: The ability to communicate and present information effectively. Analytical skills: The ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Problem-solving skills: The ability to solve problems and think critically. Interpersonal skills: The ability to collaborate with stakeholders and build relationships. Adaptability: The ability to adapt and learn continuously. Certifications a plus: Certified ScrumMaster(SCM), Yellowbelt, greenbelt, blackbelt , Agile Analysis Certification (AAC)Hours & Work Schedule
