Client requires expert in home networking technologies to collaborate with client field engineer on systemic customer issues. Candidate will troubleshoot systemic issues among client's customer base involving interaction between home network technologies and client's set top box technology. Position requires extensive travel, and duration is approximate. 

*Skill Requirements:

(Visible Externally) * Expertise in home networking technologies (DSL, cable modems, wireless routers, Ethernet)

* Ability to troubleshoot problems and work collaboratively with client field engineer in diagnosis

* Extensive travel required
