We are looking for a Client Services Manager. In this position, you will oversee all office operations, which includes managing and coordinating office services and associated tasks. You'll also ensure the implementation of effective internal controls, build a top-notch customer service team, achieve deadlines and organizational goals, and comply with company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will supervise and train the administrative staff.

Requirements:

4 years office management experience2 years project management experienceProficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooksServiceTitan experience preferred

Essential Duties:

Serve as the primary contact for all office operations.Participate in on-call and weekend rotations with management.Provide after-hours CSR support as needed.Track and assess CSR performance.Oversee daily operations of administrative staff (CSRs, Coordinators, Bookkeeper, Dispatchers) to ensure timely task completion.Offer backup support to administrative and sales teams when necessary.Develop and maintain written procedures for the company.Facilitate new hire orientation and paperwork for direct reports.Handle accounts receivable for collections.Provide daily and weekly reports to management as required.Assist managers with vendor and customer correspondence.Oversee job costing for installation projects.Execute business tasks on behalf of the owner, including calls, emails, expense reconciliation, travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and project research.
