Description
Our client is looking for a Homecare Administrator to join the team! The role focuses on overseeing administrative operations in the non-profit sector, specifically in the area of homecare. As a Homecare Administrator, you will be tasked with ensuring compliance with regulations, managing budget, and improving service performance, among other duties.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee administrative operations for homecare services
• Develop policies that comply with federal, state, and local regulations
• Work on budget management and financial planning
• Collaborate on strategic planning, goal setting, and service improvement
• Monitor program performance and oversee key departments
• Conduct audits to ensure high-quality care and address gaps in services
• Supervise and mentor staff while fostering a positive work culture
• Train staff and encourage team-building across departments
• Establish partnerships with managed care providers and other organizations
• Drive fundraising and explore new service lines for program growth.

Requirements • A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in homecare administration, preferably within a non-profit organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and laws.
• Ability to develop and implement homecare programs.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Commitment to ethical healthcare practices and guidelines.
• Understanding of the unique challenges and requirements of a non-profit environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
