Homecare Sales Representative

We are excited to be partnering with our client, a leading designer, manufacturer, and marketer of products and systems for acute and chronic respiratory care, anesthesia, and the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea.

Job Title

Homecare Sales Representative — Atlantic Canada:  Must be based in the Halifax Regional Municipality.

Job Overview

As a Homecare Sales Representative, you will work on the Homecare Sales team selling to accounts in the assigned territory. This role involves calling on homecare providers, physicians, sleep labs, and community agencies/groups, meeting with key decision makers to drive clinical practice change. You will become a trusted clinical advisor and offer your customers a portfolio of proprietary homecare products for respiratory and sleep patients.

Responsibilities:

Develop sales and territory management plans with the sales manager to achieve maximum market impact and meet or exceed sales targets Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners within the territory Conduct customer visits to introduce FPH homecare products, therapy approaches, and their benefits Educate customers and provide post-sales education and support Maintain and grow existing accounts while securing new business opportunities Track opportunities, sales, and monitor results with disciplined use of CRM/Salesforce Attend trade shows and conferences to provide information and education on FPH homecare products Must be able to lift a maximum of 40 pounds without limits or restraints

Education and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree 2+ years of sales experience with a consistent track record of success, preferably in a business-to-business selling model or 2+ years clinical experience Excellent communication, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to evaluate business opportunities, set priorities, and manage a large territory Up to 50% travel possible (50% is reflective of peak seasons; travel is dependent on trade shows, territory management, and customer needs)
