Key Responsibilities:

Manage client databaseDevelop support plans and risk assessmentsIndependently manage client supportOn board new clients: Process referrals and sign-upsExplain tenancy rights and obligationsConduct accommodation inductionsAssist with benefit applications and rent paymentsProvide first-line support for: Housing benefit inquiries/Rent arrears issues/Anti-social behaviour complaints

Essential Criteria:

Enhanced DBS clearanceExperience in housing or homelessness supportKnowledge of local support servicesFull Clean Driving License (Desirable - Not Required)
