Homeowner Coordinator

Responsibilities This position is primarily responsible for homeowner and HOA services and coordination. Tasks may include but are not limited to: making reservations for homeowner and homeowner guests, making and confirming transportation needs for homeowners and homeowner guests, obtaining credit cards when needed, sorting homeowner mail, attending all HOA meetings and/or events, preparing and executing new homeowner membership agreements, communicating and assisting with homeowner grievances and concerns. This position will also assist with administration needs for the executive team and any immediate membership coordinating needs on the membership coordinators days off. Qualifications Guest Interaction: Interfaces with homeowners, guests, and visitors as pertains to the effective, professional execution of assigned duties to include homeowner arrivals and departures, being available for homeowners and homeowner guests to assist in coordination and mail distribution. Administrative: Performs a dynamic variety of administrative duties including, but not limited to: answering multi-line telephone, taking messages or triaging call to appropriate person, composing and distributing memorandum, emails and other correspondence, photocopying, faxing, sorting mail, processing purchase orders, processing homeowner and homeowner guest arrivals and departures, processing homeowner contracts for new home sales, creating flayers and calenders, updating homeowner lists and mailboxes. Uses Microsoft Office software (primarily Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and Project) to prepare various work assignments including those that require basic and/or advanced document formatting(e.g., Homeowner Agreements). Will use programs like OPERA, Townsq, KYC, Concord, etc Inter-department Communication: Assisting homeowners with any requests, grievances and/or concerns as needed by acting as liaison and connecting with the appropriate department to accommodate their needs. Coordinating services like housekeeping, home work or grounds assistance - Assistance to Ranch Membership Coordinator when immediate or emergent tasks arise on the membership coordinators days off. - Assist with administration needs for the executive team when needed 1-2 years previous experience in an administrative role. High school diploma required, Associates degree or equivalent experience required Schedule is Sunday - Thursday from 9AM - 5PM Pay starts at $18
