Homeowner Service Coordinator

The Multifaceted Role: This position wears many hats: auditing invoices and spreadsheets for accuracy, providing tools and reports to our field team, taking on some of their responsibilities so they can have time to provide better customer service, filtering frustrated homeowner calls, supporting the Director of Homeowner Services, she needs your help with a project now….your response is “is that all?”.  Your routine is a delightful mix of structure and wildfire—50% predictable, 50% unpredictable. You’re a phone etiquette wizard, a software-loving explorer and can learn the most platforms in record time. You type as fast as you think, and you are an organizational maestro. Deadlines? You’ve got them covered. No reminders needed; you’re the exception-free rule!

As the Gold Key/HOS Coordinator, you will coordinate the entire process of repair work with our Homeowner Service Team.  You will receive requests for service or information from homeowners via phone, email or other written communication and input these requests into our Homeowner Service software system.  In addition, you will schedule evaluation appointments with homeowners and Homeowner Service Managers, assign service requests, generate Homeowner Service reports and maintain/update information in our Homeowner Service software system.    

Problem-Solving Superhero: Identifying problem-solving talents is essential for success in your role. Are you the Sherlock Holmes of office mysteries? Finding problems, devising solutions, and patching holes. To join our team in this role, you must have a background in warranty services, construction, property management, customer service experience, hotel management, service provider, account coordinator, client relations, service advisor.  Emotional intelligence including the ability to remain constant when faced with challenging situations required.  Strong auditing and problem solving skills required.  Ability to remain organized while shifting between various projects and responsibility required.  Computer proficiency is essential with experience utilizing MS Outlook, Word and Basic Excel, a must.  PowerPoint a plus.
