Your Role
EF Oxford is seeking a strategic and driven Homestay Manager to lead our homestay program and ensure its continued success. In this management role, you’ll play a pivotal part in connecting international students with local families in Oxford, creating unforgettable cultural experiences while driving the growth and quality of our program.
Working closely with a collaborative, international team, you’ll inspire families to open their homes and embrace a life-changing experience for students and hosts alike. Your leadership will shape recruitment strategies, guide marketing efforts, and ensure our targets are met, all while building lasting relationships with host families and fostering a sense of community.
Responsibilities
Ensures the recruitment of homestay providers and host families are metBe the driving force behind our marketing campaigns, with a focus on offline eventsCollaborate with our accommodation team to inspire families to embark on a life-changing experience by hosting international studentsSeize the opportunity to implement new offline marketing strategies, leverage diverse channels, and contribute to our mission of opening the world through educationManages recruitment, re-registration & monitoring of suitable homestay & private home accommodationOrganise promotional eventsEnsures all enquiries from prospective hosts are promptly followed up and are enough leads to reach the targetsResearching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding hosts requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the host family’s targetsParticipate in EF events around Oxford and the surrounding area to recruit homestay providers, including leafleting and street promotions / actionsResponsibilities not limited to those mentioned above, role will vary depending on targets leading up to summer peaksShares emergency duty on a rota basisOccasional weekend work may be required during major fairs/events
