HoReCa Specialist (temporary role 2 years) 

  

What this position is about: 

 
In this role you will provide strong support to the Leisure Channel Management by identifying new opportunities for consumer activation programs, 

events and locations. You will also manage all preparation processes and the execution of new projects in the assigned area, develop the business 

relationship with the competition and the neutral locations that are in JTI focus, related to the non - JTI contracted Leisure Channel universe. 

  

What you will do - Responsibilities: 

  
•    Work together with the Regional HoReCa Manager in order to implement the national HoReCa strategy by managing 

     the contracted portfolio in the allocated area and executing marketing activities within the HoReCa channel, 

     including BTL programs (merchandising, promotions/activations) and decoration materials. 
•    Develop strong relationships with HoReCa owners and teams at the contracted locations. 
•    Support JTI product sales, evaluate the HoReCa portfolio and manage POSM requirements.  
•    Conduct site visits, ensure stock availability, negotiate new contracts and implement marketing programs. 
•    Collaborate with internal teams (sales, commercial planning, IT, legal, finance) and maintain industry relationships. 
•    Analyze market trends and consumer profiles in order to identify growth opportunities. 
•    Drive growth, improve brand presence and ensure efficient execution in the HoReCa sector. 

  

Who we are looking for – Requirements: 

 
•    Bachelor's degree (university degree represents a plus) 
•    Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales /Marketing/HoReCa 
•    Negotiation, Sales and Merchandising experience of minimum 2 years 
•    Fluency in English 
•    Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) 
•    BTL strategies implementation knowledge 
•    Skills to manage the relationship with the assigned third parties 
•    Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude 
•    Availability for night and weekend field visits (with a day off on Monday)
