\n\n\n\nCustomer support via phone and email\nActioning customer queries\nDaily/Weekly/Monthly KPI reporting\nManage service relationships\nEnsuring quality & service standards are met\nGeneral Administration duties\n\n\nWhat you will bring to the role\n\n\nPrevious transport customer service experience (phone and email)\nStrong customer service skills\nProven experience in providing solutions to escalations\nExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nDemonstrated ability to multi task\n\n\n
