REQUIREMENTS Preferred High School Diploma Completion of High School or GED program required. Less than 2 years Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required. Previous experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide, preferably in a Medicare Certified Program, preferred. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

Fleet Safety Requirements. Must have reliable transportation. Must have communicate (both orally and written) effectively to patients and families. Must be able to adapt to changes in schedules, assignments and geographical locations.
