Overview:
We are looking for that special Hospice Care Consultant to join our team.

\n\nReports directly to the Business Development Manager.  \nEducates families and local healthcare partners in the local community.  \nYou will be the driving force in the community that impacts hospice referrals by developing key relationships with healthcare professionals, senior care facilities, and families.\nYou will present at huddles to educate our healthcare partners on hospice services.\nYou will have the autonomy to create your own schedule and marketing plan. \nYou will develop meaningful relationships with internal key contacts and opinion leaders including program directors/managers, nurse managers, office staff and others. \nYou may educate on hospice in the patient home and may complete hospice admission forms.\nCoordinates physician and provider educational visits to internal and external physicians and staff.\n\n

Key Success Factors: 

\n\nProven track record in marketing or sales preferably in hospice or healthcare industry\nAssociates degree or equivalent work experience preferred \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nAbility to work and perform individually and as a trusted team member\nA “heart” for end-of-life care; having empathy for patients and their families\nKnown and respected within your community\n\n

\n\nEDUCATION - Bachelor's Degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualifications\nEXPERIENCE - 1 year of experience\n
