Hospice Registered Nurse | Buffalo Big Lake Monticello Areas

As a Hospice Registered Nurse in home health, you will make a difference in the lives of others by caring for patients and their families in the comfort of wherever they call home. Responsibilities include completing medication reviews, seeking orders from physicians, and teaching caregivers about how to provide end of life care for their loved ones. Other routine nursing tasks include wound care, catheter care, head to toe assessments, and pain assessments while tending to ongoing case management with the team. We provide an extensive orientation program as well as ongoing RN office support to you while visiting patients. This specific position will primarily serve hospice patients in the cities of Big Lake, Monticello, Buffalo and surrounding areas.

Schedule

Part-time | 40 hours every two weeks | Hybrid work Days | Monday-Friday | 8am- 5pm | Every 4th weekend, rotating holidays, and rotating on-call 

Pay and Benefits

$34.04 or more per hour, pay determined by experience. Milage reimbursement and extra pay for working weekend shifts! $3,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates! Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited school of nursing required. Current Minnesota Registered Nurse license required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required. Minimum of one year of RN experience in long-term care or an acute care setting preferred. Reliable transportation required. Valid Minnesota driver’s license, a driving record in good standing, and insurance liability coverage required.

Based out of our office in Marketplace Mall, the Home Health department primarily takes place in the communities we serve, in the homes of our patients. Our staff provides services not just for St. Cloud but our surrounding areas as well including Buffalo, Alexandria, Little Falls, and more. Teams are assigned to areas to minimize driving though.
