Hospital Automation & Remote Patient Monitoring Manager

The main responsibility is to support the execution of the hospital automation strategy in the Alternate and Acute Care area in Europe, South Asia and ANZ

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop the Masimo Automation funnel & revenues Leverage the sales team’s ability to present the clinical, operational, and financial benefits of the Automation portfolio during the quoting process by developing and distributing strategy aligned resources. Support pre-sales/sales of Strategic deals in the region Work closely with the Sr Strategic Manager, Hospital Automation & Remote Patient Monitoring, and the Central team: Implement the Automation & Solution sales guidance/processes in the region Business & Commercial Activation plan in the region Competition & Market analysis Create and maintain reliable CRM database Collaborate with the Local and Regional Sales Team to: Validate and support the design of offered technical solutions according to customers’ needs and expectations Support the quoting process Expand opportunities and pipeline Collaborate with System and Implementation Teams to optimize the transition from pre-sales to implementation phase Work with Clinical Specialist Connectivity to support customer needs post-sale Support local, regional, national trade shows as necessary Must be able to travel at least 60% of the time

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree required. MBA desired Experiences in Informatics (Infrastructure, Network, Database,…, Cloud Computing) and/or Hospital Information Technology and/or in Medical devices Experiences in Sales / Pre-sales activities Excellent communication skills in English. Any other European language is an asset.  An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities Capacity to adapt communication (CxO talking, IT dept, Doctors/Nurses, Engineering team) Service and Solution selling mindset Clinical knowledge - Good understanding of Hospital workflows, Intensive care, PeriOperative care and Healthcare ecosystem Team Player; with a history of successful collaboration Excellent organizational and time management skills
