As our Hospital Greeter you will welcome and assist our patients, visitors, and staff by providing directions, answering inquiries, helping with check-in, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. They offer a friendly, reassuring presence, coordinate with hospital staff, and contribute to a positive experience for all visitors. Shift’s Available: Days Employment Type: Part-time Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to): + warmly welcome patients, families, and guests, and providing directions to various departments or areas within the hospital + answer general inquiries about hospital services, policies, or locations + help patients with the check-in process and directing them to the appropriate registration or waiting areas + ensure visitors follow hospital protocols, including visitor restrictions, and guiding them to the appropriate locations + provide emotional support to patients and visitors, offering a friendly and reassuring presence. + communicate with hospital personnel to ensure smooth operations and to relay any necessary information Qualifications Education and Work Experience + High School Diploma or Equivalent required + Previous experience in office or receptionist + Effective written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills + Ability to multi-task, prioritize needs to meet required timelines + Analytical and problem-solving skills + Customer Services experience preferred #LI-JJ3 Connect With Us!
