Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Hospital Medical Biller with proven experience in UB04 forms and insurance denials procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of medical billing, claims submission, and insurance rules and regulations with a track record of resolving complex billing issues. Responsibilities: + Review and ensure accuracy of hospital UB04 forms before submission to insurance companies. + Handle insurance denials, appeals, and ensure timely resubmission of claims. + Collaborate with patients and insurance companies to streamline operations and minimize denials. + Maintain updated records of billing activity in system with complete patient information. + Follow-up on outstanding account balances. + Oversee the entire billing process, from patient admission to discharge. + Develop and implement strategies to increase the number of successful claims.
