Responsibilities: + Oversee and handle insurance collection activities related to PPO insurance. + Review and ensure the accuracy of patient accounts concerning PPO insurance. + Establish and maintain communication with insurance companies to resolve claim denials, underpayments, and discrepancies concerning PPO. + Correspond with patients regarding their bills, insurance claims and associated payments. + Carry out PPO billing and collection processes diligently. + Stay updated about developments and changes in PPO insurance regulations. + Develop strategies to enhance PPO collection processes. + Generate reports for the management regarding PPO collection activities.
