Description

As a PVU Follow-Up Collection Representative, you will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, typically high balance, aged, or complex accounts. Your primary responsibilities include:

Reviewing inpatient and outpatient claims to ensure maximum collection efforts. Providing timely follow-up and documenting actions taken to resolve claims. Responding to correspondence and handling heavy telephone contact to facilitate account resolution. Assisting in the training of Follow-Up Collection Representatives and being a resource for Collection Representatives. Performing all duties within the patient accounting systems to ensure accurate and efficient account management.

Salary Range: $26.79 – $38.05/hourly
