Our services include security patrols, safety escorts, admits, and responding to calls for assistance. **POSITION HIGHLIGHTS** + Protect the security and safety of patients, visitors and 2,000-plus employees across a full-service, 44-acre medical center campus in North Seattle **PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** + The Security Officer works to maintain security and safety through inspection of buildings and grounds. The successful candidate will possess superior customer service skills, offering support and understanding in dealing with patients, staff, faculty and visitors to the medical center. + Tactfully confront individuals and gain their trust for authority, de-escalating anger to bring about satisfactory solutions + Investigate incidents and crimes with the aptitude to complete clear, concise and accurate incident reports and other documentation + Patrol and inspect interior and exterior of facility, on foot or in a vehicle.
